What countries do you ship to?
At the moment, we only offer shipping within the United States and Canada. We're actively working on securing international shipping partners. During checkout, if you're able to select your destination country, we should be able to fulfill your order.

I discovered on your website how to enter a country that is not listed, why was my order cancelled?
Surprisingly, this comes up a lot.  We only offer shipping within the United States and Canada.  Shipping orders to other countries will be cancelled. If you live outside those countries, you can purchase the digital download and go to any photo printer and get it printed.

I live in Canada, why is my picture taking so long to be shipped/delivered?
Due to the added customs forms we must fill out to ship to Canada, we require a little more time to ship your package.  This can be as much as 2 weeks.  As for delivery, USPS is the only cost effective way to ship your photo to you.  USPS can run slow with international mail.  Unfortunately this is out of our control.  Other carriers prices were 3-5 times the cost to ship and delivery times were just as long.

In the past the Official Group Photo has been taken the first Friday or even days before the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally starts.  What's the deal!?! Why are you not doing that anymore?
Although we have done this in the past, we no longer do.  The answer is two fold. 1) The first Friday has the parade and various rides that utilize Main Street at the time that the photo would be taken. 2) We could move the photo to a different time/place for that one singular day, but that is way harder to let everyone know when/where as one might think.  As for why it was taken days before... best guess is we were drunk or it was a landmark year(75th Anniversary).  But there is great news!  The photo will be taken daily at Noon starting the first Saturday through the last Saturday at the corner of Junction & Main. No photo will be taken on opening day.

You used to take two photos a day. What happened?
As we have been taking the Official Group Photo since 2010, we have noticed the crowds were far less during the 5 pm photo.  By far less, we mean 1/10th the size. The amount of effort that goes into taking the photo for the very few that we were selling ultimately sealed the fate for the 5 pm photo. But there is great news!  We will still take that noon group photo until the dinosaurs come back(or we are no longer allowed to).

I placed an order during the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally to be shipped , where is my order?
Due to the high volume of orders and the sheer amount of people at the rally, all orders placed during the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally will be filled and sent out approx. 14 days after the end of the rally.  This includes both online orders and in-store orders.  We apologize for this delay however I'm sure you can imagine the volume of customers we have during that time period.  We truly appreciate your patience.

I was at the Rally and got in the photo but I am certain I've been photoshopped out?
We only photoshop out non-sponsors(signs/mascots, not people) as dictated by the city, egregious nudity(sorry), and any hate speech whether on a shirt or a sign or whatever.  We have on one singular occasion photoshopped a longtime traveler to the rally in who had died during the rally at the request of the family.  We do not photoshop people in or out.  Please don't ask.  We've found that you may be mistaken on the day you were actually in.  Fortunately we upload every day's photo right here on this website for you to look through to find yourself.

I was in a photo a number of years ago.  Can I stop at your location and purchase it?
Only during the rally do we not allow this.  It's not a big deal but we are quite busy and throwing in an odd year or needing to look through the couple hundred photos of years past to find yourself is a big time suck.  We do invite you basically any other time of the year to do this though.  Since you are here, why not purchase it from the website.  It's pretty easy and we will ship it right to you.

Can I order online and pickup?
Unfortunately no. This puts our staff in a situation where they will need to be here 24/7 to anticipate when you will come in to pick it up. We have tried this but it just doesn't work. But great news! We will ship it straight to you.

I ordered a photo and found out after I received it that I ordered the wrong photo.  Can I get a refund or a replacement?
If this is an error of one of our employees, we can definitely facilitate a refund/replacement. However, since our business is print-on-demand we cannot offer a refund if you ordered the wrong photo.  The only option is for you to purchase the correct photo at that point(or draw yourself into the one you received).

Where are my pictures?
If you have been granted access to a gallery, log in first, then click on My Pictures next to your name toward the top left corner of the screen.

What is 'My Pictures'?
'My Pictures' are galleries that have limited access to them that you have access to.

Will the pictures I select stay in my shopping cart?
Yes. Your pictures will stay in your shopping cart until you either place the order or delete them yourself.

I can't seem to log in.
Log in information is case sensitive, be sure you have entered it correctly. If you have forgotten your password, click here.

Why do I have to register to add images to my shopping cart?
Creating an account allows you to save items in your shopping cart for extended periods. You'll also be able to view your past orders and access private galleries (if available).

Does it cost anything to register for an account?
No.

I have been sent access information for a gallery, what do I do?
Click the Access Gallery link. Enter in the access code on that page. If correct, you will be able to view the gallery. If you have an account and are logged in, then you will only have to do this once and this gallery will be listed in 'My Pictures'.
